This Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into the Russ Davis Terms of Service. The terms “Match Fruit,” “we,” and “us” include Russ Davis. Other Players and Users Social features are in the core of our games. Other players may see your profile data, in-game activities and achievements, read the messages you have posted and your scores on the local and global leaderboards. Third-party Websites, Social Media Platforms, and Software Development Kits We may share your information as described in this Privacy Policy (to provide the Services with our Third-party Service Providers; to comply with legal obligations; to protect and defend our rights and property) or with your consent.
